Banana Mug Brownie

Ingredients
- 30g banana mashed (2 tbsp)
- 7g nonfat green yogurt (1/2 tbsp)
- 3g oil OR 4g any nut butter (less than 1 tsp)
- 6g sugar (1/2 tbsp)
- 10g whole wheat flour (1 1/2 tbsp)
- 6g cocoa powder (1 tbsp)
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- water 1 tsp at a time until brownie batter consistency is reached
- 10g semisweet chocolate chips (2 tsp)
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, first wet then dry.
- Batter will be too thick. Add enough water 1 tsp at a time to have a spoonable brownie batter (eg 2 tsp).
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Microwave in a (greased) mug on defrost setting for 1 minute

You can also pour into a greased ramekin and bake at 350 F about 10-15 minutes
