Preparation

  1. Blanch the green beans for a few minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Open the shirataki noodle package and drain the liquid. Cut the shirataki noodles into thirds (or shorter length).
  3. Press Saute, heat oil. Saute onion and meat.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, ginger and shirataki noodles. Add the seasonings.
  5. Cover and press Meat/Stew for 15 minutes.
  6. Quick release, season with salt, add in blanched green beans.
