  1. Pan fry chicken until outside is browned. Add garlic and fry for another minute.
  2. Add dashi, soy sauce, mirin and leek to pan, cover and let steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir and then pour eggs over the pan, cover and let steam for 3 more minutes.
  4. Serve over 1 cup rice.
