Oyakodon

Ingredients
- 1 leek, chopped
- 4 chicken thighs, bone and skin removed, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup dashi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
Preparation
- Pan fry chicken until outside is browned. Add garlic and fry for another minute.
- Add dashi, soy sauce, mirin and leek to pan, cover and let steam for 10 minutes.
- Stir and then pour eggs over the pan, cover and let steam for 3 more minutes.
- Serve over 1 cup rice.
