Slow cooker basic pork

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops, cubed
- 2 tablespoons (brown) sugar
- 3 slices ginger
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Trim excess fat from pork chops, and cube, place in slow cooker.
- Mix other ingredients and pour over meat, making sure they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until tender.
- Serve with 1 cup white rice.
