Preparation

  1. Trim excess fat from pork chops, and cube, place in slow cooker.
  2. Mix other ingredients and pour over meat, making sure they are well coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until tender.
  4. Serve with 1 cup white rice.
